Artificial will make it worse...

I wish I didn't listen|let me warn you

Nature.

Beautiful, isn’t it?

Everything it has to offer.

The problem?

You don't go out into nature enough.

Instead, you take the artificial pills from the government that are supposed to “Remove your anxiety and stress.”

Why not take these pills?.

Because with these pills the government is trying to control you.

Make your testosterone decrease.

Make you weak and submissive

Make you even more depressed.

Don't you get it that the government is trying to push these pills like you ABSOLUTELY need them or else you will die.

You become defensive over them.

It creates this ugly obsession.

Imagine this:

You get a deep cut.

You decide, “Oh, I don’t want to heal it, I’ll just numb it.”

Guess what's going to happen after a while?

It's going to get infected because all you are doing is numbing the cut and not actually healing it!

It is the same thing with pills.

If you constantly drink cheap chemicals that numb your anxiety and stress for a temporary time, your worries and stress are going to get worse!

My advice for mental healing?

Go somewhere quiet that has habitat.

Turn off your technologies, and embrace the beauty and creation that nature has to offer.

Close your eyes and listen…

Listen to the birds chirping, and the river flowing, and let nature fill your mind with her creation, taking away any negative thoughts.

You are now present in nature, forget those negative thoughts that you had, since it is the past and you are in the present. (remember: they offer nothing but mental stress.)

You are now under nature's guidance.

Whenever you are feeling lost, come back to a quiet place of your choice where there is no one besides you and nature.

Do this every day, and nature will begin its healing process.

Meditation.

Unlike its counter-partner nature, meditation simply is sitting someplace quiet, closing your eyes, and focusing on your breath.

Specifically, this is called mindful meditation.

Now there are many types of meditation, but we will be reviewing the most simple, mindful meditation.

Plainly go into a quiet room filled with no distractions.

Get yourself a hearing device (This step is optional, but I recommend using headphones when you are starting out)

Adjust your position, (make sure to move as little as possible, since you are trying to achieve a deep flow) and begin by slowing down your breathing, relaxing any thought going on in your head.

Put all of your focus on your breathing.

Think of your lungs as you inhale and exhale like a balloon.

If you focus enough, you will enter something known as deep meditation.

It is when you lose awareness of reality.

Once you are in this state, there will be a satisfying feeling that will make you not want to quit the meditation session.

You have now found a natural medicine to cure your mental health.

Whenever you are feeling uneasy or anxious, come back to the place of choice and begin this healing process.

Remember that your first meditation session won't be perfect.

Don't worry if you don't achieve deep meditation.

When I started mediation, I could never stay still for a long period of time.

That is why I worked my way up.

For instance, 5 minutes of meditation the first week and add 5 minutes every week until you reached 15 minutes and reset it.

Just try your best and you will heal your mind through meditation.

PS: Here are some of the best mindful meditation guides created by Hamza, a self-improvement Youtuber. (I recommend this when you are starting out meditation.)

Combining nature and mediation can be a powerful healer.

Going out in nature and focusing on your breath can offer many benefits like:

  • happiness

  • testosterone increase

  • increased mental strength

  • gratitude,

  • reduced negative thoughts

  • self-awareness

  • increased patience

  • self-control

  • improved sleep quality

You will not get these benefits from your first, second, or even third session.

It requires consistency.

Believe in strengthening your mental health and you will begin to heal it.

Trust the process
