Disrespect...

Never insult anybody for no reason…

You do not know their capabilities.

They could be a devious con man or a secret gang leader.

Oh, how dangerous some people are and you are going around insulting people.

The highest form of power is the ability to tell the difference between the wolves from the lambs, the foxes from the hares, and the hawks from the vultures.

If you have this ability, you will go a long way in life without any kind of punishment.

If not, you will have a life of constant sorrow and fear if you even live that long.

There was once Muhammad the Shah of Khwarezm.

He had built a huge empire stretching from west present-day Turkey to south Afghanistan.

His army was so huge, that it could immobilize 200000 warriors within days.

in 1219, Muhammad received an embassy from the new tribal leader to the east, Genghis Khan.

The embassy included all sorts of gifts and the finest goods from Khans' small but growing empire.

Genghis Khan wanted to reopen the silk route to Europe and offered to share it with Muhammad, along with promising peace.

Muhammad thought of this as arrogant to try to talk to one so clearly his superior.

He ignored khans offer.

Khan tried again, this time he sent a caravan of a hundred camels containing the Rarest articles that he plundered from China.

But before the camels could reach Muhammad, the governor of a region bordering Samarkand, Inalchik, seized it for himself and executed its leaders.

Khan thought of this as a mistake, that Inalchik acted without Muhammad’s approval.

Yet again, Khan sent another mission to remind him of his offer and to inform Muhammad that Inalchick should be punished.

This time, Muhammad had one of the ambassadors executed and sent the other two back with shaved heads.

This was a horrifying insult to the Mongol code of honor.

Khan then sent a message to the Shah, “You have chosen war. what will happen, will happen, And what is to be we know not; only God knows.”

In 1220, he attacked Inalchiks province, seizing his land and ordering him to be executed.

Over the next year, Khan leads a series of guerrilla-like campaigns against Muhammad’s much larger army.

Khan's soldiers could move very fast on horseback while also firing a bow effectively.

The speed and flexibility of his forces allowed him to easily deceive Muhammad as to the direct movement of his larger army.

Eventually, Khan was able to surround Samarkand and then seize it.

Muhammad fled and a year later died.

His vast empire was destroyed and taken.

From that point, Genghis Khan was the sole master of Samarkand, the Silk Route, and most of northern Asia.

Never assume the person is weaker or less unimportant than you.

You may misjudge the thickness of their skin because of their slow response, but that does not mean you should insult their pride or culture.

It is always better to turn the offer down respectfully or you may be dealing with a Genghis Khan.

This story represents why you should never, ever insult somebody for no reason.

Insults can stay with people forever which is why some people show no emotion to the insult and then attack when the time is ready.

So for your own sake, just don’t insult anybody and you will live a happy and long life.
