I see people always having so many problems, either them having low test levels,

having mood swings, feeling depressed, or some other bullshit, But this is the

key to fixing all of these problems and more.

Fitness is the key, and most people will say, “Oh, but my doctor said this” Listen,

when did listening to your doctor ever fix something. All they do is prescribe

you some meds and then charge you. Look, fitness is something we all need to

be healthy and maintain an excellent day-to-day life. It's something that we should never neglect.

It also has an impact on you as well as your diet. Imagine this, you are a well-

built sports car, and you put in some cheap and shitty fuel. You then end up

breaking down and don’t perform as well, well if you put shit food in your body and don’t train, what's going to happen??

You're going to break down. Fitness also gives you purpose and something to

chase, whether it’s attaining a dream physique or cutting down weight, you are

chasing something that gives you purpose. If you're not chasing something,

you're just floating through time with no purpose or goal.

Now my question is, do you want to float through time without purpose and no dream, living shitty life where you're always miserable?

Or

The life where you have something to chase, you have meaning, and living your best life, healthy, strong, fit, and rich.

It’s your choice, but I’d pick the 2nd one.
