All of these things might sound nice, but they don’t improve your mental well-being.

Let me spill some tea here:
It’s the things that are on the softer side, the things that are labeled as “uncool”
It’s a good social connection (especially with your family and friends)
The outdoors (especially when it’s a clear sky)
mindfulness
Good sleep.
Good diet
Let me give you an ULTIMATE cheat code for happiness and a feeling of freedom.
Dedicate ONE day of the week, it doesn’t matter, it could be a weekday, a weekend, or something.
Now listen closely, remove your work, the gym, and anything that gives stress.
Dedicate that entire day to spending time with your friends or family OUTDOORS (outdoors is a must)
Wake up early (not too early)
Get ready and have some breakfast or get outdoors ASAP.
Practice mindfulness and reading.
After, go to your favorite place or park with a friend or a family member and embrace the morning's fresh air.
Spend the rest of the day outdoors (or indoors, preferably outdoors)
Practice mindfulness and reading in the morning.
You will be AMAZED how much freedom this gives your mind.
