Working long hours in business is the biggest scam.

"But I got told hard work on the answer."

No dipshit, hard work isn't the answer to accomplishing the most, smart work is.

You could get more done in 2 hours of focused work instead of 15+ hours of mindless thoughts.

So how do you work 2 hours a day?

With deep work.

How do you enter a state of deep work?

#1. Move around every 30-45 minutes.

If you feel you're getting rusty or you can't think,

do some pushups or move your location from where you're working.

This prevents you from getting tired or dizzy.

#2. DO THE MOST IMPORTANT TASK FOR THAT DAY!

Bro, I know you're gonna start coping with me here.

"But I need 8+ hours of work today to complete all of my tasks,"

No, you don't.

You're making up new tasks that are pointless and are getting you away from your goal.

You're reading pointless emails, scrolling on X, trying to find "ideas"

No, wonder you waste so much time?

Always ask yourself:

"If this is the only thing I accomplish today, will I be satisfied?"

#3. Decrease the time of your work

I know this might sound stupid, and most of you are gonna skip this.

"But aren't we already talking about decreasing the time?"

Trust me, if you skip this, the other 2 won't work.

When there is less time to perform, you focus much more quickly.

It's a chain reaction:

Less time - more stressed - more focused - faster thinking.

Think about it: If you had 1 week to complete a task, you would do this, and that basically procrastinate most of the time.

If your family's is kidnapped and you get told you need to make 1000$ before 24 hours or else they would die

What would you do?

I guarantee you would fucking freak out.

But that's all for today.

Before school started.

I developed a routine:

-wake up

-train

-laptop

-read

-eat

-outside

-family

-sleep

-repeat

2 glasses of water every hour.

3 coffees and 6 meals a day.

A day filled with productivity.

A day filled with hard work.
Since the beginning of school, my routine was destroyed, corrupted.

I could not train regularly.

I could not work daily.

I did have time for family.

There was no time for anything. But I realized.

It was not school that prevented me.

It was myself. Procrastination hit me the most.

I would play video games for hours.

I would go outside daily, causing trouble in the streets.

I would go to fancy restaurants instead of eating at home.

My routine was damaged.

But at what cost?

Satisfaction?

Trend?

D o p a m i n e?

My work has been damaged.

My body has been damaged.

My time has been damaged.

I don't see the point of going out anymore.

It's time to grind...

Follow these fucking steps or stay part of the matrix.

Peace out.
