Work...

How you can accomplish the same amount of work in 2 hours as in 15 hours...

Let's say that you are in a DEEP state of work.

But there's a problem...

You have to take a MASSIVE shit.

BADLY...

You try to hold it in, but finally, you can't hold that painful turd, so you get up to go to the toilet.

As your walking to the toilet, you notice that your trash is over filling.

You think to yourself:

"I might as well take the trash out, no biggie"

You pack the trash and head outside.

You almost reach the trash, but something catches your attention...

Oh no!

Your car is an absolute mess!

You drop the trash in the middle of the front yard and run to your car.

You open your car and begin to clean.

10 minutes go by, and your not even halfway done.

Before you continue, you find your broken CD player laying under your car's seat.

With excitement, you forget about your car.

You start running towards the front door.

Before you reach the door, you realize that something is wrong.

"Shit, the grass is overgrowing, I'll need to mow it"

You drop your CD player for it to be lost again.

You start running to your lawn mower.

But...

You stop halfway.

You smell something horrible...

You realized...

YOU SHIT YOURSELF!!!

Why?

Because you have been running around, doing mindless tasks.

Your goal was to take a shit and get back to work, but you caused a chain reaction of hooks pulling you.

Once you do something, the human mind begins to remember each task you didn't do.

It predicts every move you do.

It's like a hook that takes you from your given task and brings you to itself.

It's the same for business.

For example:

When you need to research your niche on Twitter, a Tweet catches your attention and it's like a chain reaction.

So how do you implement this knowledge?

The human brain is much more likely to do something if it sees it and remembers it.

So try to work somewhere where there is no hooks or desires that pull you away from your work.

This can also be applied to inside of your computers.

You can use website blockers.

Also, Always ask yourself:

Does this bring me closer to the given task?

Will I be satisfied if this was the only thing I accomplished today?

Well that’s all the knowledge I can give you today.

Peace out
